So it all started some 3 years ago. I love working in the garden and growing exotic fruits and vegetables. So I had attempted to grow Carolina Reaper Chilli Peppers with little or no success.

However in 2017 I achieved success beyond expectations. Carolina Reaper Chilli Peppers are grown in really hot dry climates and have the title as the worlds hottest chilli. But my problem was this, I had grown these beauties and did not know what to do with them. The chilli is too hot to eat alone, too hot for cooking but I needed something that would work and take advantage of their heat.
